ZAANTOGTOKH Badamgerel, CEO

Mr. Zaantogtokh graduated from the School of Law of the National University of Mongolia in 2011 with a degree in International Law, and in 2016 obtained a Master’s degree in Business and Commercial Law from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, People’s Republic of China.

From 2010–2012, he worked as an associate lawyer at ELC Law Firm (current name is Snow Hill); from 2016–2020, he founded and served as Managing Partner of AZS Law Firm; from 2018–2020, he held the position of Executive Director at UBZ Consulting LLC (blasting, drilling and equipment trading company); and from 2020–2025, he served as General Counsel and General Manager of Naran Mandal Enterprises LLC (primary gold deposit).

Mr. Zaantogtokh is a licensed attorney with over 15 years of continuous experience in legal practice and business management.

He possesses extensive experience in both legal practice and business management.
